Introduction

Gainsly LLC ("Gainsly," "we," "our") operates the Gainsly mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

When you use Gainsly, we collect information you provide during onboarding and daily use, including: name, email address, age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, dietary preferences, allergies, training experience, and workout/meal logs. If you use photo meal logging, images are processed by AI to identify food items and are not stored permanently.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate personalized daily meal plans, workout prescriptions, and coaching recommendations. Your data helps our AI improve its coaching accuracy over time. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI and Google APIs to power AI features such as meal plan generation, food recognition, and coaching intelligence. Data sent to these services is used solely for generating your personalized plans and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@gainsly.me. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
