By using the Gainsly mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Gainsly provides AI-generated fitness coaching including personalized meal plans, workout programming, and progress tracking. Gainsly is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 16 years of age to use Gainsly.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Gainsly may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings.
All content, features, and technology within Gainsly are owned by Gainsly LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Gainsly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated meal plans and workout prescriptions are suggestions based on the information you provide and should not be considered professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice.
Gainsly LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the App or adherence to AI-generated recommendations. You use the App at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
